Movara Home models the same principles of Structure and Accountability as our ‘on-site’ program. Movara Home takes place across the same weekly time frame as a minimum stay at our resort, but unlike the resort, Movara Home’s daily action checklist is simple enough to fit into your busy home-life. Movara Home has a simple framework, that if followed consistently will help you reach your health, fitness and weight-loss goals over time.

Every Sunday Morning you'll submit a weekly assessment. This includes weighing yourself, checking measurements and goal setting.

Orientation Zoom Call

Orientation call is an introduction to your coach and group. Intentions are set as well as instructions and support given for the upcoming week.

Angel Naivalu

Angel Lyn, MSW, Soul Mentor, is a life coach, public speaker, and author. Angel completed a masters degree in social work in 2004. She focuses on coaching clients using a framework best described as “conscious self-awareness, spirituality, emotional intelligence and radical accountability.” Angel is a homeschooling mother of 5 sons and has acquired three bonus daughters from a second marriage. Bobbie Roberts

My Fitness Journey started not long after my first son was born. I was intrigued and excited about how fitness and nutrition could absolutely not only change the body but the mind. I have overcome so much, so i understand how to achieve great things. I have spent over two decades researching, learning and helping several others achieve their goals. I’ve done weight loss challenges and fitness challenges along the way. I’m a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist. as well as an executive chef at movara. I specialize in a positive approach to all over wellness and fitness goals.

Kim Cluff

Coach

Kim Cluff began studying and practicing energy healing in 2007 after many years of struggling with depression, anxiety and chronic pain.  Kim found and focused on Rapid Eye Technology; a stress and trauma relief therapy, for doing her own personal work, and became trained in 2009. More recently she became trained as a master level NLP and Hypnotherapy practitioner, and life coach.  Kim is so excited to coach individuals at Movara fitness resort and cannot wait to see and help those she gets to show up for, meet and exceed their goals!

Sharon Read

Coach

Sharon is our Program Manager here at Movara Resort. She has been a very impactful part of the whole program here for almost 20years. Her certification range from group fitness and personal training to reformer Pilates instruction. She is passionate about encouraging and inspiring others to progress and achieve their results! Sharon will always have your back!

Meg Poulson

Coach

Meg has over 38 years of experience in the wellness industry and has devoted her life to helping others. She holds multiple Pilates certifications and is currently completing her full comprehensive certification through Stott/Merrithew Pilates. Meg has a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Nutrition. She has achieved certifications with AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America), USWFA (United States Water Fitness Association), Yogafit, American Senior Fitness Association, Tune Up (Fascial Release), Stepping on Fall Prevention, Silver and Fit, Arthritis Foundation, Schwinn Cycling, Gliding, BeamFit and is an AquaStretch therapist. She is a master trainer with USWFA and the American Red Cross and enjoys teaching and inspiring her clients to keep moving.

James Garret

Brain Coach

James Garrett is a brain coach and founder of Brain by Design. He’s spoken on stages ranging from Harvard to TEDx and his work has been featured by The New York Times, Fast Company, and Harvard Business Review. He built one of the only brain-based positive psychology curricula in the Middle East and trained thousands of Arab youth in partnership with HM Queen Rania of Jordan. James spent years doing research with some of the best psychologists in the world, including Walter Mischel at Columbia (of the famed marshmallow experiments), Mark Brackett at the Yale Emotional Intelligence Center, and Stanford psychologist Nalini Ambady. His research on self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and snap judgments has been published in top scientific journals. In 2019 James launched the Deep Change Project, a brainhacking journey to overcome fear through neuroplasticity.

Ray Forrester

Life Coach/Therapist

Ray was born and raised on the South Island of New Zealand and is of Maori and Scottish heritage. Ray immigrated to the USA in 2008 to play Rugby for Brigham Young University, where he won 3 National Championships, became a 3 time All-American, and played rugby professionally. Following completion of his undergraduate degree in Psychology, Ray attained his Master’s Degree in Social Work to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, focusing his studies on helping individuals and families navigate their journeys through addiction and recovery. Ray also recently completed his second Master’s Degree in Sports Performace and Conditioning.
Ray’s mission is to bridge the gap between mental and physical health and uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help others find clarity and implement practical steps to live happier, healthier lives.
Ray is a proud father of 3 kids and loves to spend time as much time as possible in his amazing wife’s home state of Alaska.

Koby Taylor

Pharmacist

A St. George native, Dr Koby has a Doctorate of Pharmacy since 2000, He has managed several successful retail pharmacies and loves being an advocate for his patients. He is extremely excited about providing compounded medications to the community he serves. “Fusion Specialty Pharmacy” is the only pharmacy in Southern Utah certified by the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB). He guides us through our wellness journey with all kinds of tried and true tips.

Angel Naivalu

MSW, Soul/Life Coach

Soul-u-lar Evolution, is the experience you get from working with Angel. It’s a conscious connection in body, mind, heart and spirit. She guides clients to reconnect to themselves and to expand their minds, hearts & souls. The shift includes learning to operate from a place of love, instead of fear, and the result in an increase in self-worth, joy, peace and often times noticing that relationships with others begin to mend and evolve organically. Angel graduated from Brigham Young University with a masters degree in social work and is certified as a life coach by the To Be Legacy program. She a public speaker, author and a mother of 5 sons.
